Terms of service

NON-REFUNDABLE BOOKING FEE:
All formals, weddings and group bookings will require a non-refundable booking fee to be paid to secure the appointment. The booking fee will be deducted from the total service price upon completion of the booking. Should the booking be cancelled, the booking fee will be forfeited.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
All cancellations will require at least 48 hours notice to avoid a 50% cancellation fee being added to your next booking. ENVyou may, at our own discretion, wave the cancellation fee in extreme circumstances.
