Policies

  • All new clients are required to pay a $20 non-refundable booking fee to secure your appointment. This amount is taken off the service price at your appointment.  The deposit can be paid via PayPal or bank transfer upon booking.
  • As my appointments are limited, no shows will not be re-booked. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and booking fee forfeited.
  • For any acrylic nail service where the nails were not done by me, full set price will be charged for infills for the first appointment.
  • For any eyelash extension service where the lashes were not done by me, an additional $15 will be charged for infills for the first appointment.
  • Acrylic nail & lash services take 1-2 hours depending on the set you choose.
  • If you are sick, please reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours prior. Your booking fee will be transferred to your next appointment.
  • Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. This may be due to variables such as extreme length, shape changes or design changes at time of service.
  • I do not offer refunds on any service.
  • If you have any problems with any service that has been provided, please let me know within 24 hours or your appointment and I will do my best to rectify the issue.
  • Payment for all services is due in full at the time of your appointment. I accept cash and card.
  • All wedding bookings require a 20% non-refundable booking fee to secure your appointment. The final balance may be paid by cash, card or bank transfer the week before your appointment or by cash or card on the day. 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

All cancellations will require at least 48 hours notice to avoid a 50% cancellation fee being added to your next booking.  ENVyou may, at our own discretion, wave the cancellation fee in extreme circumstances.

  

REFUND POLICY ON SERVICES:

At ENVyou we pride ourselves on providing the best possible service to ensure a happy client each and every visit. We will not provide a refund on any service.  In the case of a technician error, we may provide a complimentary service to rectify the issue.

 

REFUND POLICY ON PRODUCTS:

I want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item within 14 days of receiving it for exchange or store credit ONLY. Item must be in its original packaging and in perfect, unused condition. Unfortunately, shipping costs will not be refunded.  You will be required to cover the cost of shipping for returns.
